riders&elephants · TRANSITIONS HANDBOOK
On us until 31 December 2026

Open the Transitions Handbook.

This is the digital edition of the ECD Transitions Handbook, and it’s on us until 31 December 2026. Tell us who you are and it opens. We won’t email you, and we won’t add you to any list.

What you write helps us learn
We keep your cards and answers so we can learn how people move through change. They’re stored apart from your name and email, and never shown to your team, your organisation or your leader.
What we do with this
  • What we keep. Your name, your email, the date and the link you came in on. Separately, with no name attached, the cards you choose and the answers you write.
  • Why. Your name and email so we know who is using our tools, and so we can reach you if something goes wrong with one. Your cards and answers so we can learn how people move through change, and make the handbook better.
  • Where. In our own database (Supabase, Sydney). Your name and email are also remembered on this phone, so the form fills itself in next time. Nothing goes into our marketing list, and we never sell it or pass it on.
  • How long. Your name and email until you ask us to remove them, or until we retire the tool. Your answers for as long as they help us learn. Because they carry no name, we can’t pick out one person’s answers to remove them later.
  • Your answers. They’re sent once, when you reach the end. Skip any question you’d rather keep to yourself. Nobody in your team, your organisation or your leader ever sees them.

We will not market to you off the back of this. Ask us to delete your record any time at team@ridersandelephants.com. More in our privacy policy.

The Emotional Culture Deck

New beginnings.
